Today I have got my online unique web identity on http://monicagupta.com/ and It’s such a nice feeling to own a blog for myself. I am not a writer…so expect some informal expression of my views and random thoughts on various topics ranging from day to day life, india , current affairs and life in general.
I am a HR manager by profession, so you’ll also find interesting articles and my interpretation on various human resource related issues. These may be from my own experince gained over all these years and some gyan shared by my collegues (ex and current) , peers , management books and but off course internet
